Return Policy

At UDS, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.

      Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed.
      If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help! Please feel free to submit a ticket if you have any issue with your order!
      Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
      Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
      Additional non-returnable items:
      Gift cards
      Some health and personal care items
      Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
      Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to Reach Us

     Go to our Order History and find Return,describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

Our Solutions:

      1. United Diagnostic Supply's Responsibility:
      If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
      Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when UDS is responsible for shipping the wrong item.
      2.Customer's responsibility
      Incorrect order
      If the customer has ordered an incorrect product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
      Unwanted item
      If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 3 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to our warehouse.

Refunds (if applicable)

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
     If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted

      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
